Resolved using console-install-tool
Console working again after typing the following:
uci set onion.console.setup=1
uci set onion.console.install=1
uci commit onion
console-install-tool
Now have to try wifisetup again to fix Terminal problem.
From command line:
wifisetup
reboot
Everything back to normal

Omega2+ issues abound. First, Console Terminal screen was non-functional. That seemed to resolve itself after doing wifisetup.
Next, I got
Kernel stack is corrupted in: 8701d944
Rebooting in 3 seconds..
I don't know how that got resolved.
Now the Console shows no icons, no apps. Only a search field.
Still cannot use omega-xxxx.local, I have to use IP address.
What to do?

Connected to PuTTy via USB and did wifisetup
Everything is back to normal, except for DNS issues.
It does not recognize omega-xxxx.local. I have to enter IP addresses. I can live with that for now.
I seem to have a recurring problem with the Console Terminal. When I eventually connect with the Omega2+ (which in itself is another frustrating problem), I can connect to the Console and the various options.
When I click on the Terminal icon, the Terminal screen appears. Only the top line with the header "Terminal" appears on a dark gray background appears. Below this line is a white screen. Nothing works after that. I can only go back by clicking on the menu icons on the left side of the screen.
I have seen how the Console Terminal is supposed to work because it has worked in the past. This has happened on two Onion2+ units that I now have. I don't want to proceed with the others I have until I can fix this problem.
While running the example blinking LED program, the fastest I am observing is 2.5ms + 2.5ms = 5ms using Python on Omega2+. I am accustomed to seeing nano-second execution times on ARM chips.
