I can login with serial terminal, I also change my password, but I can not login to TerminalApp.

it does not allow to accept username: root. You can not type letters for username, just number.

is the result when I use Macbook OSX

When I tried with Windows 10, COM3, 115200, it just shows black screen from putty

when I use serial terminal , I has an error when I execute
screen /dev/tty.SLAB_USBtoUART 115200

it shows me:
