Tried the reset button several times, no luck. I am able to connect via serial.

I was having trouble getting OPKG to install anything properly to a USB drive. While trying ideas to resolve this issue, I ended up with a boot loop.

light on solid - 5 seconds
light off - 4 seconds
fast blink - 3 seconds
slow blink - about 20 seconds
sequence restarts

Does anyone have info on how to reload the base image with the device in this state?
