New Arduino Dock 2 is DOA - will not power on.

I received 3 docks with my Onion Omega2 order and all but the Arduino Dock 2 work as instructed. I am unable to power it using the same micro USB that worked on the other two docks nor a 5V barrel connector. Is there a trick I am missing or could I possibly have a bad dock?

BTW, I am not new to these mico computer/controller devices having owned and developed on Arduino, the Spark-IO platforms (Core, Photon,etc) and Raspberry Pi.

Thanks for any help you can provide before I try returning this dock to Onion.

There is no trick.
I've just uploaded my unofficial schematic diagram. It maybe helps you.
Do you have a voltmeter?

@Boken Lin can you or someone reply as to how I can get a replacement Arduino Dock? The one I received will not power up through any of the power connectors.

If you do as the "guideline" shows (see top of page) you have the biggest chance to get an RMA soon.
