@Vishnu-Muchhal I have seen the same, plus lots of other issues. Kept flashing new firmware until mine was fixed.

I had this happen this morning. I posted my own fix and now have both chips working again. I was able to use the Serial connection via the EXP dock.
Look for my resolved post from just a few minutes ago.

SOLVED: After a factory reset if http://192.168.3.1 returns "Index of /console", You need to go to http://192.168.3.1/setup-wizard/ and follow the wizard.
