Omega2 goes off after boot

Hi everyone,

I bought recently an Omega2 at Amazon. I do not have a dock so I connected it to a LD33CV voltage regulator.
From the beginning I had an issue with powering it on. It booted and then went immediately off.
After few times it stood on and I was able to initialise it.
Now I cannot get it working at all. It boots and after what looks like successful start it just goes off.

Any idea what's the problem might be?

Ok, seems like this appears to be my issue
