Hi sir i used earlier jio sim for PPP connection, it has happened but when i used 2G SIM the PPP connection was not happening so what could be the problem. My GSM modem will support 2G compatibility also.

@Nagarjuna-Reddy My guess would be it is timing out but I can only guess because you have provided no specific details.
I will pose a question to you. Yesterday I was walking down the road and suddenly I fell down. What do you think the cause may be?

sir, but my side when i connected 2G SIM PPP is not happening and same time Onion Omega Board also Restart is happening. But when i used 4G SIM working fine. Restart That should not happen right. If PPP did not enable it'sOK why restart is happening.

@Nagarjuna-Reddy Do you know how to view the log? Type logread and you will see the log, then maybe you can use grep to filter the log.
As I have repeated over and over again.... if you want to monitor your device(s) setup remote logging so you watch what is going on in real time. I am currently watching remote logging of over 100 devices all over the world so I can understand how they are performing and identify any potential issues.
