Onion Uart port 3.3 Vdc compatibility

Does the UART/USART port on Onion able to take 3.3 Vdc logic level from another microcontroller?
I wanted to make Onion speaks to another microcontroller which is running at 3.3 Vdc through UART port.
If not ... is there any circuit that allows such UART communication to take place between the 2 systems?

@Shamsul-Tehahmad The Omega has only 1 set of UART port and it is reserved for the Linux terminal. Your best option right now is to use a 3.3V USB to Serial adapter an plug it in to the USB port on the Expansion or Mini Dock.
