Erased all flash by mistake - bricked it!
-
Tinkering after a long break, mine wasn't booting successfully, so I went to the uboot mode (think that's right) and rather than try the ethernet TFTP, I accidentally erased all the flash!
Totally dead now, no led, no uboot. Ordered a new one, assuming all is lost.
The comm connection is active but with zero receive.

Just keep the reset button preset when switching on. You should get back to u-boot menu. But you will need a Ethernet extension board to debrick your Omega:

I've held it a full minute and got no response on the serial line or any LEDs. Comm handshaking is ok, and the ring? LED is blinking.
I wonder if there is a way to get the. bin file in using the SPI lines on the chip?
How does "the factory" program them?

Wich dock are you using? Is it fully connected to the doc (from the side the pins should not be visible)?

@Luciano-S. I think he is saying the SPI on the FLASH, like using the pins with some kind on microcontroller to put the image there.
