Onion 2 no AP

Hi!
I received my Onion 2+ a couple days ago and I'm just testing it now. I have a problem.
When downloading updates via the web interface is disconnected from Internet. Ever since I can not find the AP. Also not responding COM port via USB.

Any ideas please? Reflash system? How?
