Can't open Console Terminal

I have Omega2 Plus a few days now. I was able to open Console Terminal. But now I can't. In can use PuTTY, but what happened to Terminal. I click on Terminal and gear turns and I see white screen and word Terminal at top left. But no Terminal appears.

Witch browser? Try chrome.

@Don-DeGregori is your O2 connected to the wifi when Console Terminal not open? I've found that I can't open CT when O2 was not connected to wifi.

I am using Chrome. Saw this in documentation.
