expled command and RGL led
-
I am trying to control the rgb led on the expansion board from a terminal.
I have found details of the expled command here https://github.com/OnionIoT/wiki/blob/master/Tutorials/Controlling-RGB-LED.md
but it doesn't seem to be available
which expled
doesn't find anything. Do I have to install a module to get hold of it?

@Robin-Newman found /usr/bin/expled and tried
/usr/bin/expled 0xf21133
this printed
setting leds to f21133
duty: 6 94 80on the screen, but didn't light the led at all.
so still not solved.

Hi,
I tried this functionnality too.
It work for me but :- this is the expansion board's led that changes, and not the onion one.
- the last firmware that work for expled is 0.1.6-b137
Are you on a board?

@Joris-Mulliez Just sorted it. It is connected to the fast-gpio seg fault on the latest firmware.

I downgraded the firmware as shown in the above post and its now working fine.

@Robin-Newman In relation to the problem with
fast-gpio
, see the comment I just added to https://community.onion.io/topic/1208/do_page_fault-sending-sigsegv-to-fast-gpio-for-invalid-read-access-from-00000600/9
