USART0 some trash while bootloader booting.

Hi, I've got Omega2+ and I can't boot it. I'm trying to follow this instructions , but bootloader is behaving very strange.
Here's log of output USART0 after powering it on: USART0 log

And because of it I cant flash new image. There is JTAG there? Maybe I need to reflash bootloader?
USB-Serial is OK - I've been using it for a long time.

@Lyra-Heartstrings The serial-port on the Omega2 is a bit fiddly and it may not quite work right with all USB serial-adapters. Out of my adapters, for example, only the PL2303-based one works, the others produce similar output as your log.
