Docker on the Onion Omega
I'm seeing a few references to docker here, and I don't seem to have the ability to "opkg install docker" on my console.
Is there a different name that I should be going by for that package? I did a "opkg list | grep docker" and didn't find anything in the list that was returned.
Hi @Stephen-Tunney, I'm almost 100% sure that there's no way to get docker to work ON the Omega itself. Dock requires a lot of computational resources (and storage) to run and the Omega isn't designed for that. The majority of Docker discussion on the community so far has been creating docker images for your computer with the cross-compile environment already setup so that you can quickly compile firmware for the Omega.

@Stephen-Tunney docker use, as referenced by myself anyways, is only and always in reference to the host machine you would use to cross compile for the onion omega. Docker does not even officially support the arm work going on, that I think MIPS support is not existent.
@Boken-Lin Fair enough. I wasn't sure how you were using it.
@Stephen-Tunney: @Theodore-Borromeo has been able to get it to work. For more information check out this thread: https://community.onion.io/topic/10/does-node-js-not-include-packages-in-opkg-yet/21
