Onion 2+ LED Not Flashing

I am powering my Onion 2+ via two double A batteries. The LED will turn on and stay on for several seconds and then it shows up. It does not flash or do anything else. It is also not emitting its own WiFi either. Any idea what the problem could be?

First, the Onion 2 PRO is not a product. LOL!!! You must be referring to the Omega2+ ...
