Arduino Dock Connection

There seems to be some problem when I try to connect to upload the sketch to Arduino Dock. It shows some error in board.txt. I've added the line in board.txt as mentioned in docs.onion.io but it shows after the added line.

And, when I see the port in Arduino IDE, the port option is also disabled.

Any suggestions how to rectify it.
