add feeds?

Hi!
I'm trying to install modemmanager with this tutorial

but when i tried to do 2nd step

2) Update the feed:
$ ./scripts/feeds update modemmanager

i get this error

/bin/ash: ./scripts/feeds: not found

looking on LEDE project

there are it...
but our omega2 doesn't have

the question...
has anyone created a feed.conf and installed it?

@Omar-Mariscal It's not a binary package, it's a source-package; you need to compile it.
