Omega2+ with RC522

Hi,

I am trying to port my code using RFID RC522 on RPI to Omega 2+, but I got stuck, I missing a piece of the puzzle.

I have updated the RPI code, but my Omega still not recognize the fobs. The whole project is uploaded here:

Did anyone have success with setting up an RC522 on Omega 2+? What am I doing wrong with the SPI protocol?
