Python modules that are supported in Omega 2+

I wish to know the list of Python libraries or modules that Omega 2+ supports. It would be a great help in using the Omega 2+ at the best.

I used libraries by modifying gpio, pyserial, urllib, getmac etc. You can try downloading libraries from docs.python.org. Copy lib to python/lib folders.
