mjpg-streamer don't worked

I would do streaming video over Wi-Fi as there: https://onion.io/streaming-video-over-wifi/. But it don't worked. I enter http://omega-xxxx.local:8080/?action=stream, but video don't showing.
Camera is working, I sense how it heats up.
