Assuming you are using the latest firmware release on Omega 2+

Edit /etc/opkg/distfeeds.conf
Uncomment lines 2 and 5.

opkg update
opkg install python3-pip
pip3 install --upgrade pip
pip3 install pycrypto

Python 3 is a big set of tools so you need plenty of available space.
