customer service stuck during COVID pandemic
Perhaps a bit wrong reply -cannot solve your problem-, but I kind of suffer with you that customer service these days sucks more than usual. I am at the moment waiting for 4 days already that my ISP repairs my domestic connection.
I guess I'm preaching to the choir, but in these circumstances, the best thing to do is keep asking until someone replies, and try to keep your head cool. I know many ppl are struggling to do their work as they should.
