Power Dock - question and observation

I have just received my Power Dock (as part of my initial sign up to kickstarter) - many thanks
It works well!

I have one question and one observation on it:

1. The Question: I note that on the Power Dock, the pins that are marked as GPIO 18 and GPIO 19 on the standard Expansion Dock are both marked as GND on the Power Dock.
   Does this mean that GPIO18 and GPIO19 are no longer available and why did they disappear?

2. The Observation: If you want increased battery capacity for your Omega, the Power Dock works fine with these batteries with only minimal overall increase in size:
