Thanks for the response. I feel like solving each problem with the Omega2 brings you down another rabbit hole. Even basic functions are impossible because of the kernel / repo issue. I can't even format usb to ext4 because of errors.

Using USB or microSD storage for installing packages
Hi, I am trying to install python3 and some basic packages but immediately ran into an of space error. It's difficult for me to determine which (already) installed packages are needed or not or which applications (ie PWM control) from the Omega can be removed, or how to remove them for that matter. Anyway, I would like to use a USB drive or microSD to expand storage. There is plenty of information on the wiki for this but it all seems geared towards supplementary storage (ie storing music or images) and not as a default location for the operating system. How can I mount a USB or microSD drive and have the Omega know to use it for package/OS file installs? Thank you.

The OLED app on the Onion cloud should match the resolution of the actual module
The official OLED expansion is 128x96 characters but the OLED app that you can use to simulate/control it, has something like 135 characters (I don't remember exactly). This is misleading and causes a lot of unnecessary edits. The app should be fixed to adhere to the 128x96 resolution so it acts as a WYSIWYG tool.

RE: Can't register device on cloud [resolved]
This is being blamed on the libcurl library upgrade rather than a typo? I am having the same issue (device registered but shows offline in the cloud). Looking forward to a fix.

Omega2 refuses to show up in Onion Cloud
Hi, I had a fairly complicated setup process with the Omega2 but now I have it totally working. I assume wifi was setup correctly because it shows a checkmark in the Wifi list and I was able to update the firmware, connect to the console, and get stats from 192.168.3.1.
Despite this, the device always shows OFFLINE in the Onion cloud. I have tried removing the grayed out/offline device and adding it again in the 192.168.3.1 dash but all i get is another disabled device. If I do this multiple times I'll get multiple disabled/disconnected devices.
What gives?
