It's somebody can help me to make a Captive portal ?
Like on open wifi access (like starbuck or bus-lines) it is possible to make the OnionOmega redirect user's web requests (connected to the AP) to a welcome page ?
If the client try to connect to any webpage it is redirected to a home page...
Not necessary a CGU (or accept termes page) but to a specyfic web page url.
I know OpenWrt can do this (like on piratebox/bibliobox mini routers)...
I supose it is necessary to modify the DNS somewhere...

Context : am working on a websocket app (nodejs+socket.io running on my desktop PC), I want to help the client to acces to the app (http://ip:port) on first connexion (but this is an other story/topic).

Thx, I dont figure out the AP let's me use Omega like a simple DHCP
So, it is a way to make it over the Serial (with console/terminal) ?

Yes I can use serial and it's great to fix it :
with a new wifisetup // every time I am on a new location // neer to a new wifi connexion...
But, if the Omega is not connected to Internet (local wifi) the omega is not accessible ?
It seem strange for me, it's an OpenWrt systeme...
so, if I want to make an automatic hotspot (local one) I need to install an PirateBox
(something like this) ?

I setup my Omega to connect direcly with my personal (home) wifi network.
In this environement I show my Omega wifi-network aviable on my computer and can connect to it
But, without this wifi (home) aviable, I dont show the Omega (in my wifi list)
So, the omega is wifi (home setup) dependent ?
I cant use it in an other environement (without using the wifi-setup to re-configure it) ?

Can you help me ?

I would like to use socket.io (or ws but not the best way for me)
I dont know if it is possible. / Node installed /
So I try to copy it (socket) -> omega
It is to big for the omega so I can realy try something right now…
Somebody do ? It is possible to install it on extra storage space ?
On USB maybe ? Do you have some tricks ?
