I'm very frustrated with the situation I'm in because I have no idea where to start to try and get through so I can continue playing with my onion, I got the Omega 2 with the dock when it first came out on Kickstarter and I just opened it to start playing with it, I even named it, FireLordZaki and now I feel like I'm going to have to brick the brick. I'm using Windows 10 if that helps which I feel like it only makes things worse.

press and hold down the RESET BUTTON more than 10 seconds

the RESET BUTTON does nothing if your firmware is too old (Omega2+ before b143)
use the Serial Terminal and type these commands
firstboot -y
reboot

@György-Farkas Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! So I believe I have the Onion Omega, not the 2! when I checked it where it describes the name/model I have most likely the first one.

I have the same problem ... but my omega2 connect internet but says : no internet
and also when i try to use the serial terminal i'm receiving this message:login as : root
password : oniooneracess denied ( because the internet connection??)

username: root
password: onioneerThere isn't login screen on Serial Terminal - you should simply hit the 'Enter' key and you’re in.
What about a repeated 'First Time Setup' after a 'Factory Reset / Restore'?

and press enter i'm receiving : Unable to open connection to ... host does not existAnd in wi-fi i'm connected but when i try to acess the internet i'm receiving this error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET
With my other omega 2 i have internet limited, and in putty.exe when i insert : oniooner i'm receiving : Acess denied .
So if i can't to acess the onion cloud and use the terminal .. i guess theres no solution , right?

I think there are some.
Please read the official Onion Omega2 Documentation - at least the First Time Setup carefully. There are some different methods - for example with the web based Console or with ssh or with the Serial Terminal.
Try to do one of them step by step more carefully.Try to use the
192.168.3.1IP address instead of omega-ABCD.local when you want to connect to Omega2's AP.Please try to use the default
onioneerpassword - instead of oniooner !!!.
