@Thomas-Krampe Can you try to connect it via serial terminal as outlined in the get started guide and show me the output on the terminal?

I installed the driver on my Mac (10.11.1) but there is no tty device available. The ember LED on the omega doesn't light up only the green LED on the dock. So connection to the console isn't possible. I only see:
MacBook:~ user$ ls /dev/tty.*
/dev/tty.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port

Hi @Thomas-Krampe, do you have a mini dock? Let's try to figure out if it's the problem with the Omega or the dock.

Nope, I only have this dock and the Ethernet expansion. Where can I return the Omega and the dock and can get a replacement.

@Thomas-Krampe Can you send me a close up picture of the front and back side of the omega and the dock? Let's see if we can visually identify anything that's causing the problem. If we can't figure out the issue, then we will send you a replacement.

@Thomas-Krampe Unfortunately we can't quite figure out what's wrong with the Omega. We will put in a request to have replacement unit sent to you on Monday.
