Omega 2+ reset problem

Hello,
We have the board powered with 3.3V 500mA LDO without any other connections. After reset pin (RST) is pulled to 0 and then released, the unit doesn't wake up again. Only after disconnecting power and then connecting it back the unit return to work.
Important: All other pins are floating!!!

Any suggestions??
