Packages Issue: Beta firmware [22.03.3]

Hello, I flashed my omega2s+ with the newly released beta firmware based on OpenWRT 22.03.3. One of the problems that I'm facing right now is that most of the packages that used to come pre-installed (like onion-os or uhttpd) are not installed. Is this a normal thing or am I missing something? Also, how can I compile my own image based on OpenWRT to select the packages I would like to have pre-installed?

Is this a normal thing or am I missing something? Yep, this is normal. Check out the "What can I expect from this firmware?" section in the first thread about the beta firmware for more context: https://community.onion.io/topic/4963/beta-openwrt-22-03-firmware-available-your-feedback-is-needed @SUPERMARINE98 said in Packages Issue: Beta firmware [22.03.3]: Also, how can I compile my own image based on OpenWRT to select the packages I would like to have pre-installed? If you want to make an image similar to the beta image, try out the OnionIoT/openwrt-imagebuilder-wrapper. It uses (an Onion customized) OpenWRT Image Builder to quickly build firmware images.
