Omega2 Pro USB Host on-board connector vs expansion header

Hello everyone. We are testing the Omega2 Pro board. The usb host port on the board itself is working fine in our applications. We are working on a custom expansion board.
In reviewing the data for the 30 pin expansion header on the board, it appears that USB is exposed as per the diagram below. Our question is if those usb pins are used for another host, does it disable the host on the board, is there going to be a conflict? We are assuming that we cannot use the usb host connector on the board when using the pins on the header. Can anyone provide any further detail. The Omega2 Pro schematic didn't seem to have enough detail on this.

The USB pins exposed on the expansion header are the same USB signals that are routed to the USB-A Host Port. You can use one or the other at one time, but not both.You can see this in the Omega2 Pro schematic. The same nets are connected to the USB host port and the expansion header:
