Cant Start the Camera in Sudden

Hi,

I received my Tau LiDAR Camera about one month ago. Initially, it was working fine. But suddenly, I cant start the camera even by using the example python program. Once I started the distance.py program, the camera would reset by itself(green led turned off and on) and become very hot.

May I know what is the problem?

What's the output on the terminal when you start the distance.py program?

Yes I am experiencing the same issue in TauLidarServer, no image, blinking blue LED, and blinking red laser lights when I open camera. Is it a hardware issue. I just bought it.

@cyberai pls try running the checkCamera.py Example Python Program and posting the command line output and screenshots of the output.
This will give us a better idea of what's going on.
