I found similar problem here but LEDs on my dock light up and I have no way to connect it to my pc since my dock has no USB-to-serial converter

You can't really know if it is similar until you investigate. You don't want to hijack someone else's thread because you have an almost similar problem with your board.

I have this same issue? Were you able to fix it?
-
I was not. I have been trying for over a week. I can't get any support from the helpdesk and the tips from the forum have not helped me either. I might have a short circuit on the underside of the board, but hard to know. I have a multimeter but the two points that are soldered together are both ground but there still might be damaged because someone has scratched away the solder at the factory leaving horrible markings.
