Omega stopped working

After a recent change to my Omega's AP and a reboot, my Omega stopped working. Upon powering on the solid LED light stays on (expansion dock) but LED light on Omega does not turn on. I have tried to factory reset (30sec / 1min+ ) to no avail. The following is shown when connected via terminal:

Any pointers to get my Omega working again?

Hi @Brian-Delicata Can you show us a picture of your setup? Let's see if there's anything we can identify visually.

@Brian-Delicata The terminal output was everything that it showed? Where is the micro-USB plugged into? Usually the terminal log when the Omega is booting up should be a much longer log. Try the following:
- Turn the switch to the OFF position
- Connect the micro-USB cable to your computer
- connect via serial terminal
- Turn the switch to the ON position
And copy and paste the boot log here.

@Boken-Lin Micro-USB is connected to my MacBook Pro. When connecting to serial terminal I get the following:

If I connect the Omega to the mini dock and repeat the same steps all I get on the serial terminal is a dot '.' I have tried other micro usb cables and also tried to connect with another Mac. Omega was working fine prior to last weekend.

Hi @Brian-Delicata, was the Omega already turned on before you opened the serial terminal?

Hi @Boken-Lin - Omega was off before connecting to serial terminal.

@Brian-Delicata Hi Brian, looks like it's probably broken for some reason. We will send you a replacement. Sorry about the issue. Is your address still the same? Also, would you be able to take a close up picture of both the front and back side of the Omega? We want to see if there's any way to figure out what the issue is (i.e. burnt out components) so that we can avoid similar problems in the future.
