Install opkg python without internet connection on Omega2s+ ?

Is it possible to install python via opkg without having an internet connection? The only way I thought to do this is to copy the ipk file onto the omega and install from there. I'm not sure where to find the python ipk file though... Any help is appreciated.

@Nathan-Guyette it will depend on which firmware version you are on and which python version you need, but the most recent is here:
