Omega2S feedback/advice

I'm interested in any feedback from users of the Omega2S/2S+
I have a large user base of my device which is based upon Omega2/2+, uses a custom designed PCB and the 16pin headers from Onion. My PCB is entirely SMD other than the Omega/16 pin headers.
Has anyone anyone got any tips on moving to Omega2S/2S+, any gitches/gotchas I should be thinking about before I order 250 units? I use an external ufl antenna so I have that covered.
