USB no longer visible

The USB stopped working. It may have been the osupgrade. What can i do to debug this? USB no longer appears under /dev/

Hi @Craig-Mayhew, are you referring to your Omega not longer showing up under /dev on your computer or USB devices that you connect to the Omega no longer show up in /dev on the Omega? What kind of devices have you tried? Does it help if you perform a factory reset?

This is the thermal printer not showing up under /dev/ on the Omega. I've just tried a factory reset which hasn't helped. I haven't got any other devices to try. Thanks for the suggestions.

@Craig-Mayhew Does the LED on the printer flash when you plug it in?
Can you run ls /dev/ttyUSB* after plugging in the printer and post it here?

I've fixed it! The two middle pins of USB was soldered together, i've desoldered it and now it works!
