We have upgraded the community system as part of the upgrade a password reset is required for all users before login in.

Not able to open ticket at help desk?

  • So I have spent hours trying to figure out which email was used to make an order a while back, with no avail.
    I finally gave up and now have been trying to open a help desk ticket.
    Problem is when I reset my password to login to the help desk I get :
    You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.

    I really need to get an order issue resolved.

    What should I do next?

    @Pete-R Maybe try logging in to the helpdesk portal with a new/different email?

    If that still doesn't work, please post a screenshot of the error you're seeing.
