1 Wire temperature Sensor

Hello,
What is the quickest way to read 1 wire temperature sensor ?
There is another post "Driver for 1-Wire sensor bus" but my folders, do not match any of the hints there, that's why I'm opening a new topic.

My sensor is a: DS18B20
