Startup Issue

I keep having this constant issue where when i try tried the first steps i couldnt even get the cloud trhough the router number or the omega-____.local website. Then I tried to use the puTTY program and it was wprking at frist then we tried it agin and now it freezes. I then got a popup message saying that the network connetction closed. Has anyone else had this issue?
