Connecting the USB-Еthernet adapter to Omega2+

  • Hello. I need connect a USB-Ethernet adapter to my Omega2+. I use adapter on chip RTL8153.
The Raspberry Pi3 detects the new interface, but the Omega2 does not.
    I installed the packages kmod-usb-net-rtl8152 and kmod-usb-net.
Tell me, can I somehow make my Omega2 see this adapter? Maybe someone has already done this, which adapter model you used.

  • @CAP-33 Can you post the log showing 1) when you insert the USB adapter; 2) insmod kmod-usb-net-rtl8152 3) insmod kmod-usb-net; 4) ifconfig

I bought another adapter with ASIX AX88179A chip.
    Reinstalled the following modules:
    kmod-mii
    kmod-usb-net
    kmod-usb-net-asix

    root@Omega-31F1:~# modprobe asix
    asix is already loaded
    root@Omega-31F1:~# modprobe usbnet
    usbnet is already loaded
    root@Omega-31F1:~# modprobe mii
    mii is already loaded

Command dmesg | grep usbcore printed following:

The problem is still not solved. Omega does not see the interface.
Maybe this is due to the fact that the adapter has a USB 3.0 interface?
