Onion Cloud Maintenance

Hi everyone,
We're getting the Onion Cloud in shape for the Omega2 so expect downtime until further notice! During most of the maintenance the Cloud will be accessible but devices will not be able to successfully connect!

So I 'm not able to connect devices to the cloud. Is this because cloud is in maintenance (for more than two weeks now) or is there in issue with my Onion?

@Thomas-Krampe Yes, the Cloud is still under maintenance. We're taking this opportunity to rearchitect the Cloud in order to make it more suitable to handle the load of all the new devices that will be connecting to it!
(There is nothing wrong with your Omega)

@Lazar-Demin Thanks Lazar. Do you know roughly when the cloud will be back up? Are we talking weeks or more? I know you guys are under a great deal of pressure, and you work is truly amazing. Thanks for any info.

Any updates or an estimated time to availability? It's really inconvenient to not know and to keep checking.

The Cloud is back up and running! Your devices will now be able to successfully connect to the Cloud!Please note that Cloud Compile is still under maintenance, we expect to have it back up in about two weeks.
Thank you for your patience and support, we've been working hard to make the Omega2 as good as it can be and we can't wait for you guys to get them!

Hello, my device (Omega 2+) never shows as online in cloud.onion.io even though locally the device says 'Your device is registered with the Onion Cloud. Check out cloud.onion.io to get started!'.
Is the onion cloud still being supported and should devices be able to be registered with it/show up?

Hi All, I gather from the onion team that there is a known issue with onion cloud which is stopping devices from registering with the cloud and being used in this way. The technical team are working on this though so some guidance may come in due course.
We just need to be patient
