Omega2S+ Ethernet Connection

Hello Folks,
I am trying to design a PCB for an air monitoring system with Ethernet connectivity using omega2S+. While going through the reference designs, It looks like the Ethernet Expansion Dock suggests to connect ethernet cable TX+/TX- to onion omega RX+/RX- and Ethernet RX+/RX- to onion TX+/TX-. Omega 2S reference schematics also seem to suggest the same thing. I have attached a screenshot of both the documents.
I am a bit confused, isn't the standard is to connect Cable TX to onion TX and cable RX to onion RX? Or am I missing something? I am planning to use JD2-0010NL connector with builtin magnetics.
Any help will be appreciated.
