Not able to install xsltproc by opkg

I am not able to install xsltproc by using opkg.

@abhishekbartrac to install xsltproc edit /etc/opkg/distfeeds.conf and uncomment lines 2 and 5, then run this command:

opkg update && opkg install xsltproc
