Dock/Expansion header pin out?

I can't seem to find a pinout list or diagram anywhere for the expansion header on the dock. Is there one floating around somewhere?

Ah yes, that does help somewhat. Why isnt this on the Wiki? I've had my onions for awhile now, but havent been able to do much with them due to a big lack in documentation and not having the free time to figure things out from scratch...
