Can I switch UART0 and UART1?

I'm using Omega2 and I wanna use UART1 as system console and UART0 as normal serial port.
Can I do it without custom firmware?

@Lee-James You'll need custom firmware for that, UART0 is selected for the serial terminal in the Device Tree
Can you provide some background on the reason for wanting to switch?
