Hi,
I'm afraid this is not possible. Can you explain why do you want to do this?

I wanna use shairport synch for streaming airplay music over wifi and cellular connection for all applications on my iphone for example
-
@Mark-Nagaev sorry but this is far beyond my knowledge
-
@Lucas-Gozalvez yeah, the same, it's all in OS of smartphones, can't do anything with it, i think
-
@Mark-Nagaev i guess you have apple. wanted to mention that android has a cellular hotspot. when on the data comes via cellular link and then is sent to phone wifi. only downside is that the phone can not us wifi itself when in cellular hotspot mode.
-
@Douglas-Kryder yeah, but I wanna use omega like an access point wifi, it's eazier to connect several phones to it and stream from each of them, u don't need to reconfigure wifi of omega. It's simply for usability
-
@Mark-Nagaev that's what i'm doing. the omega2+ connects to cellular hotspot then acts as router for home uses. only real issue is bandwidth as a single connection is at best 30mbps, if more than 3 connections it reminds me of 56K modem days if streaming.
-
@Douglas-Kryder oh, u mean it's apsta mode? Yeah it's really poor speed, u can connect it by eth and use only ap mode it'll be 40-50mbps for each device. But in my situation, I don't wanna be connected to internet on omega, it must be endpoint with audio server.

@Mark-Nagaev my bandwidth limitation is mostly because my cellular provider has a max download of 25 - 30mbps. that's the best i get. so any devices connected to the omega2+ share that. if one device is doing youtube video then any others really struggle to do anything useful. however if 2-3 devices are doing casual browsing then it varies from sorta acceptable to memories of 1996 and 56K modem. at least the hotspot keeps the line open. to answer your query i think your issue is more a function of shairpoint software than omega2 hardware.
