Still haven't ever received anything from my KickStarter order

Supposedly my order shipped on 2015-10-19 but I have still seen nothing. It was a $99 Kickstarter order for the camera kit, which I understand may still be delayed, but why say something shipped on 10-19?!

Hi @Tom-Gross, I apologize for the delay. Looking at your record, your order was indeed shipped out on October 19th. Could it have been a delivery that was sent when you weren't at home? Also sometimes (very rarely in the US) the package could have been detained by by the custom office. Is there anyway you can check with your post office to see if they have any information?

Hi @Tom-Gross, We shipped your package using HongKong Post. Unfortunately we did not put a tracking number on it. Have you had a chance to ask the post office for any information? If not, I will put in a request to have our fulfillment center track it down and give you a status update.

What would I ask the post office? That I was supposed to receive a package from Hong Kong? Without any tracking information? Please send me another!

I think I just found it (looking for something else). Nothing on the label or little boxes that says Onion... four little boxes: mini dock, expansion dock, servo expansion, "omega" - is that it?
sorry to have been so stupid. I receive a lot of packages. Just didn't see anything on this indicated what it is.
