network priority

Hi sir,
i have enabled PPP network using GSM modem and same time i have connected Ethernet cable also. When PPP enabled, first priority has taken by PPP and second priority has taken by Eth0. but i want first priority Eth0 and second priority PPP connection how to do?. here ifmetric package was i am not able to installing. So how to set a network priority.

By "network priority", did you mean "primary connectivity" aka default route?
