Arduino Dock not working

Hello Onion,
I've been killing myself these last couple of days over this matter. I've literally tried everything from everywhere, been through most related issues with your omega2+, including not seeing the console anymore, not being able to mount the usb drive, and most of all, the issue which got me here in the first place, not being able to upload a sketch to my Arduino dock. Related error is not being able to detect microcontroller. I've literally did everything, from commenting lede in the config file to trying different firmwares , including the latest one, but with no succes. I've tried bootloading the board using arduino-dock, arduino-dock-2, avrdude from onion and the one from lede, using jumpers directly to the gpio's and to the ics, using the expansion dock and the mini-dock( I've supported this project on indie and bought all the docks at that time). I've had with it! I urge you to send me a replacement for my arduino dock.

@Victor-Iriciuc hey victor, you need to fill out a ticket through the support problems ticketing system to get help with your issue of a new board.

happy to not be alone. i also tried like everything (except bootloading because i just have the Arduino dock 2)But i seems that you went further and even this didn't solved the problem, so i can spare more headaches.

@Douglas-Kryder Thanks Douglas! Thought that might be the right place for this, but I gave it a try, still...and maybe other people like Frederic can relate to this matter.

@frederic-raducki Actually not happy to hear that. But I'm glad that you did identify the issue though, and you can stop wasting energy on nothing. It's not something uncommon...I'm sure Onion will be more than helpful and complying...I'll let you know how my support Ticket goes.

@Victor-Iriciuc Victor, glad you found the ticket system. and you are correct to post here in the forum to discuss the current status of your issue. i was just saying that to get official help you need to enter your device in the system. be sure to list url's of any threads you tried to get help in. the onion admins can then read up on the status of any help that was discussed and hopefully make additional comments and/or suggestions.
