SD Card?
-
I just got my Omega2 Plus, but I didn't see anywhere in the docs how to mount a MicroSD... I put it in the reader but it's not in there if I use
df -h
It's not here... Does anyone know what I should do?
Thanks !
Side note : doing
ls
in/dev
before and after removing the SD card doesn't change anything:root@Omega-C683:/dev# ls autofs mtd4 ptmx bus mtd4ro pts console mtd5 random cpu_dma_latency mtd5ro shm full mtd6 snd i2c-0 mtd6ro spidev32766.1 kmsg mtdblock0 tty log mtdblock1 ttyS0 mem mtdblock2 ttyS1 memory_bandwidth mtdblock3 ttyS2 mtd0 mtdblock4 ttyS3 mtd0ro mtdblock5 uinput mtd1 mtdblock6 urandom mtd1ro network_latency watchdog mtd2 network_throughput watchdog0 mtd2ro null zero mtd3 port mtd3ro ppp

Type in "logread"
You will probably see a message like this:mmc0: new high speed SDHC card at address 59b4
mmcblk: probe of mmc0:59b4 failed with error -28The firmware doesn't work (yet) with SD cards.

So it's just not supported yet? Okay then. Thanks for the info.

We have a fix on the way soon. Sorry for the delays!

Yes ... it's called a new device tree file to replace the defective one found on the product.

Agree.. Even the scematics and boards are on github in PDF format.. that doesnt help much at all..
Eagle schematics and boards and eagle compatible component layouts would be awesome..

what's the maximum supported size?

That's a bit more complex than it may seem on the surface....
IS your card using a M$ file system?
And if so WHY?
